February 4, 2020That depends on the goals you have. I can usually give you an idea at the end of our first conversation about how long I think we’d need to work together to accomplish your goals. It’s not uncommon for new goals to emerge during a coaching engagement, and when that happens people frequently extend the coaching assignment. In every case, I’m there to help you achieve your goals in as effective and efficient way as possible. The average coaching engagement lasts 3-6 months.
