February 2, 2020After learning the company’s needs, we put together a Statement of Work that covers our understanding of the background, problems, and the client’s goals. We then provide a cost/investment for that project. If there are options we can offer, we do. For example, when we are conducting a 360-degree assessment program, the cost can vary depending on whether we use an online tool only, an online tool in combination with individual interviews, or individual interviews only.
