Energy Out, Energy In

Among the busy executives we coach, many report feeling like there’s way more energy going out than coming back in. If you’re feeling the same in your business or personal life, here are three quick tips to help recharge:

  1. Take Regular Short Breaks:
Schedule short breaks throughout your day—even if you don’t think you need them. We’re often more stressed than we realize. A few minutes away from work can help restore your energy.
  2. Do Something Restorative During Your Breaks:
Activities like taking a short walk, watching a funny video, reading a passage from a favorite book, or practicing a brief meditation can do wonders for your energy in a short time.
  3. Try the 18-Second Reset:
I’ve recorded instructions for a quick and effective reset to help you focus as you transition between tasks. Check it out here.

I hope these tips help you bring more energy back into your life so you can accomplish the things that matter most.

18 second reset, energy in, energy out, relaxation, Rest, restorative, restore
