Find Clarity, Confidence, and a Clear Path Forward
We’ve all been there — a moment in life, personally or professionally, when you feel stuck, unsure where to go next. You may also feel a bit anxious or defeated.
I’m a psychologist and coach who works with people like you who are ready to make real changes, but who want an experienced partner to guide them through it.
Coaching is designed to help you reflect, clarify your thinking, consider your options, and take meaningful action.
Whether you dealing with a big life decision or seeking a better sense of where you should be, I can help you get back on track and get the awesome life you deserve!
Is Personal Coaching Right for You?

Clients often reach out when they are:
- Facing a major career change or questioning their current role
- Adjusting to life after divorce or a significant personal loss
- Feeling “stuck” despite outward success
- Feeling burnt out or overwhelmed
- Confronted with too many options
- Wanting to align work and life with deeper personal values
- Preparing for a new chapter in mid-life or retirement
- Starting or exiting a business
A Three-Step Process
- Assessment. A thorough “pre-coaching” assessment to clarify your purpose, values, life goals, and more – many clients say they learn so much just from that initial process.
- Goal Setting. Clarifying your goals so it’s clear what you’ll gain and how we’ll get there. We’ll also anticipate potential obstacles so we can prepare for them together.
- Coachng. Meetings in person or via Zoom, where the pace of our work is determined by you. There are no arbitrary schedules or insurance restrictions around our meetings. You have complete flexibility. At the end of each meeting, we’ll discuss what was helpful to you and confirm what to focus on before the next session.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented. I have years of clinical training and practice, but coaching is not appropriate for treating serious mental health conditions—it is a collaborative process focused on personal development, decision-making, and strategy.
What is your coaching style?
Clients describe me as an insightful thought partner—someone who helps them see clearly, act confidently, and stay focused on what truly matters. Many clients have told me that even in early meetings I am able to recognize key strengths they didn’t realize were so important.
Do you accept insurance?
My coaching practice is private pay only. Invoices are sent after each meeting. This allows us to work together without restrictions on length, frequency, or focus that can come with insurance-based models. This also ensures greater privacy.
About Me
I have been in full time private practice since being licensed as a psychologist in Pennsylvania in 1998. I’m also a certified Performance Coach through Johnson & Johnson’s Human Performance Institute, and I have been certified in Clinical Hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, as well.
I’m a member of the American Psychological Association, the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and the Philadelphia Society of Clinical Psychologists.
Since 1999, I’ve served as an adjunct assistant professor in the College of Health and Human Services at Widener University, where I supervise advanced (4th and 5th year) doctoral students who are studying coaching.
My approach is informed by decades of experience in both clinical practice and coaching. I’ve also trained people in coaching through seminars all over the world.
My goal is to help people navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
