In Living Color

There was a study years ago that found that when people looked at images in color versus black and white, they remembered those images much more readily. But even further, that if they saw images of nature in the actual natural colors of that scene versus something that was enhanced, they remembered that even better.

There are so many advantages to being in nature.

When people walk in nature among trees and flowers and other natural things, they often get creative ideas, they feel like they solve problems when they’re out on a nature walk, feeling less stressed, and just enjoying the natural surroundings.

It is good to know that aside from those benefits, the fact that the brain stores them and can remember them readily and even longer than other images is another great benefit indeed.
